Stopped by the new Flamingo branch last week. Lamb sizzler was solid, came out hot and tender. Had a glass of their house red with it, decent enough pairing for the spice. Service was friendly without hovering. Place was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Probably stick to this location over the original now.

The owners really know how to make you feel at home. They even brought out a cake with music for our birthday — such a sweet touch. Warm service all the way. 🎂

The grilled octopus was the only thing I cared about here. Cooked properly, soft inside, slight char outside. That lemon-olive oil thing on top worked. Didn't need the wine list or the chatty staff. Just the octopus and some bread to soak up the juice. Portion could be bigger though.

Buffet lunch had decent spread. Butter chicken was actually good, salads fresh. Wish they had some dessert though, felt a bit incomplete for what you pay. Place was quiet when I went, fine for a quick bite.

Came here for a show last week, place holds maybe 150 people. Sound was decent, not too loud. Bar staff kept up fine even when it got busy. Good spot if you wanna see a band up close without fighting a huge crowd.

Good veggie options. Staff were nice, place felt warm. Kids running around too, kinda lively but fine. Got the mushroom pasta, solid. Not mind-blowing but does the job.

Decent spot right by the Itäkeskus metro. Tom yum soup was pretty good, plenty of other options too. Fine for a quick meal.

This bar has a fantastic selection of beers, including some great non-alcoholic options. The service is top-notch, making it a perfect spot for a casual night out.

Came here for the sushi buffet and honestly, for the price, it’s hard to beat. Fish was fresh enough, decent selection, and the unlimited drinks and dessert make it feel like a bargain. Place gets a bit tight when it’s packed, but that’s about the only thing I’d complain about. Solid pick if you’re hungry and don’t want to blow the budget.

Came here for a quick lunch and got the bibimbap. It came with salad, miso soup, and kimchi on the side, which was nice. Portion was decent for the price. Only thing is the lunch menu is pretty small, not a ton of choices. But if you're in the mood for bibimbap, this works. 😊

The fried rice portion was huge, easily enough for two. I liked that the wok hay came through, and the soy sauce on the table worked well with it.

The tasting menu let me try a bunch of different things, and they handled my allergen stuff without making it awkward. Nice to get the full experience despite the restrictions.

Gluten-free base was actually decent, held up fine with the toppings. My partner's celiac and didn't have issues. Good to find that option here.

The butter chicken here was properly sweet and creamy, exactly what I needed on a cold day. Tikka masala had a good kick to it, well-seasoned. Each plate came with chutney, yogurt, salad, rice and naan, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Place is small but tidy. Service was quick too. Only thing is it got a bit crowded by 7pm, but that's probably a good sign.

The view really does all the heavy lifting here. Cocktails were solid but the food felt overpriced for what it was. Better for a beach drink than a proper meal.
