v oaks, the name of the restaurant is easy to remember, and their food is also good. I personally think that crayfish is the best dish on the menu. It goes well with rice. I ate two bowls of rice.

Excellent choice of side dishes available and I thought I&#39;d never finish my plateful, but I did because it was all really delicious. I especially like the macaroni cheese. Our waitress was above and beyond efficient and is at a standard to be strived for. I wonder if they&#39;re all like her in Runcorn!

We had the Christmas menu and it was lovely. Great portions with crispy roast potatoes. However the service by Melanie is what really made the experience great for us. Very welcoming with a great personality and nothing was to much trouble. Melanie is a credit to the Otter and i am there again next week so will be looking forward to it.
