Philz Coffee

"One Cup at a Time" We walked and strolled on the streets of Burlingame and unknowingly came to Philz coffee. We were here to relax. This is a Bay Area coffee brand that focuses on slow pace. There are not many customers in the store, and cheerful music is playing on the speakers. The clerk greeted us enthusiastically, swaying his body rhythmically to the music while operating the coffee tools. The enjoyment index of work is quite high. The customer in front of him sat leisurely on the sofa next to the bar and flipped through magazines. It was my turn. I was greeted by a passionate female clerk, who was full of hip-hop style from her clothes to her speech. Philz coffee does not have regular lattes or cappuccinos, but hand-made filter coffee. The female clerk patiently explained the process steps to me one by one, and she was not in a hurry at all. I asked a few more questions, and she carefully introduced the most popular flavor to me, two cups of coffee mint macchiato. As expected, the slow coffee lived up to its reputation. We also sat at the door quietly waiting for coffee. After a while, the enthusiastic clerk came over and said, "I'll give you two packs of muffins. They taste better with coffee.
