Bouchon Bistro

This small place has several Michelin-starred restaurants. We chose Bouchon Bistro for lunch, a typical French bistro style. The oysters were fresh and sweet, and the trout was fried and grilled with butter, which was tender and perfect with crispy roasted almond slices and sweet green beans. Next door is his Bakery, where we tried caramel sea salt and lemon macarons, which were so delicious. It was a perfect day.

The biggest feature of this restaurant is the large portions. The steak is very big and comes with a lot of fries. One person can hardly finish it, so my child and I shared one portion, which was just right. The dessert pudding after the meal was delicious.

The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas is full of Italian style. It is based on the theme of Venice Water Town and imitates the famous bell tower, Rialto Bridge, Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark's Square, etc. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and palace-style, with gold and splendor everywhere and exquisite murals overhead, full of the romantic and wild exotic style of the Venetians. We headed to the Venetian specifically for brunch at this French restaurant. Bouchon, this French restaurant is located in the Venetian Hotel. You can find the hotel's logo in the hotel lobby and just follow the sign. The environment is elegant. If the weather is not hot, dining outside is also a good choice. There is a swimming pool outside the open-air restaurant. Of course, no one went into the water. We were afraid of the heat, so we sat indoors. If you want to have a good brunch, then come to the right place. This cheese bread is the specialty and a must-order. We ordered waffles and traditional brunch respectively. I have never eaten such soft waffles. They really melt in your mouth. It is not only the signature dish, but also a must-order. Served with walnut kernels, it tastes fragrant and crispy and is unforgettable. Compared to waffles, traditional brunch pales in comparison.
