Rio Grill

I've been wanting to go to this restaurant for years and I'm so glad I finally did. The grilled chicken was recommended to me by a coworker so I decided to try it on a recent trip to Carmel. This has to be one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had, even better than their sister restaurant in Napa. It came with garlic sauce, artichokes, and roasted potatoes. It was absolutely perfect! Of course, I had to try their O'Brien's Pebbles vanilla ice cream - a little bit of heaven. I really liked the fact that it was the perfect size too. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's located in the Crossroads Shopping Center, on the corner of Rio Road and Highway 1, and is just a short drive from the town of Carmel.

The food in this restaurant is very exquisite. The plates are beautiful and all served in glassware. The salad I ordered was crab legs. They are very convenient to eat without the shell. The crab meat is very sweet, but the small one is not enough to eat

This is a barbecue restaurant and also a scenic restaurant with pretty good service. There are many barbecue ingredients here, which can be seafood, beef or pork. The waiters will come to help from time to time. It feels very comfortable to dine here.

We ordered marinated pork barbecue, vegetable salad, and mushroom soup, all of which were delicious. One thing worth mentioning about this barbecue restaurant is that you must try the barbecue sauce.
