the staff at the main reception was very friendly and helpful, the beautician I had was brilliant she answered all the questions I had to ask and also gave me advice on skin care products I can use at home to get the best results for my skin, the members of staff at the restaurant was friendly I asked for a vegan opinion for my afternoon tea and I was given that, the afternoon tea was great I would definitely revisit again.

The window blinds needs replacing some of the customers were hindered by the sunlight shining into their eyes&hellip;apart from that staff were very friendly and efficient ambience was relaxed food was yummy wine was of good quality too
