Purslane Restaurant

A restaurant in Edinburgh. The tapas are served in small plates like the ones in the photo. I like the lamb tapas the most. It is really delicious. The lamb is stewed soft and the sauce is thick and fragrant with spices. The seafood rice is a huge plate. The mushrooms in it are delicious. It’s a bit salty, but it’s just right after squeezing lemon juice into it 🍋 ​

This restaurant seems to serve Spanish cuisine. The food is relatively simple and authentic. The ham is delicious. There is also dessert after the meal, I don't know what it is, but it tastes good too.
