This is a very comfortable and quiet paced pub which is frequented mainly by locals.  That says a lot. They have a good range of beers and Scotch.  Highly recommended.

Really good, small pub with some great regulars.   It was fairly quiet but got gradually busier, it was no coincidence that the upturn in custom coincided with some Chas and Dave and Big Jim Sulliva...

simply a pub, does what it says on the tin, good beer with decent prices and friendly service. as you would expect. appears to be lots of regulars and staff have time for everyone.
