There was a nice fish at the entrance which was a great surprise, and then we went and had a roast on a train carriage which was a wholesome and delicious experience 10/10

The restaurant is most welcoming, there is a nice warm relaxed atmosphere. Staff here are friendly, efficient and helpful, allowing us time to peruse the menus without rushing.We had Sunday lunch menu lots of choices and Sunday roasts. Portions are generous and presented very well, with all the trimmings. Catered well for our adult party and 3 year old, eat in the train carriage if you can, quite an experience.

We went with our grandchildren and they loved eating in the train carriage.The food is good and the service excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from Alton Towers to the Northeast. We ordered three roast dinners and a pizza, and all the dishes were of excellent quality. It's worth noting that it was the best roast dinner I've had in a long time. Additionally, the dining area in the carriage section is beautifully decorated.
