London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.
Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).
The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

Absolutely superb! Everything you would expect from a three star venue. Staff and service were out of this world. Not much more to say really. It would be remiss of me not to thank Alexander and Simon who looked after us on the night we were in.

Hide, it was a great pleasure to dine at this restaurant. We all ordered beef dishes, one: rib eye cap/wild mushrooms/mushroom spinach puree/red wine sauce; two: sirloin/roasted vegetables/pickled vegetables/curry; three: air-dried beef/pecorino/egg yolk pasta/vinegar grains.

Sunday lunch at The Ritz was exceptional. First class service from charming staff, everything was perfect. The food was superb and in my opinion ranked alongside my favourite restaurant (The Waterside)

米其林品质的中餐厅，评分为米其林一星，很多人也是冲着其这个荣誉称号来的，是一家粤菜餐厅，我个人觉得还可以，也不是特别好，但也不差。

A Michelin-quality Chinese restaurant, rated one Michelin star. Many people come here for this honorary title. It is a Cantonese restaurant. I personally think it is okay, not particularly good, but not bad either.

超火爆的一家中餐厅，主打的是粤菜，就是这家Hakkasan Mayfair，这家餐厅长年需要排队，到了饭点的时候，大概要半个多小时才吃上。

London has two Hakkasan, Mayfair, which looks good in the environment and has a large space. There will be a lot of activities every holiday, like the Chinese New Year package. First of all, 88 pounds per person, plus a service fee of about 100 pounds per person, a package for two people to eat. 

Peking Duck with crispy bean curd and mango, the roast duck is cut into small pieces, the bottom has mango and some very crisp taste food, sour and sweet, very delicious! 

Wok-fry lobster with spinach and lily bulb, the emerald lobster ball, looks beautiful, surrounded by lily and lotus heart, lobster is very fresh, it is full of smooth taste! 

Rhug estate lamb with shiitake, iron plate rice cake and goat's willow, when the iron plate comes up, the fleshy aroma is emitted a little bit, plus some green peppers and other embellishments, the combination of two flavors and The swaying plate really makes people want to stop! 

Crispy suckling pig with sticky rice, the crispy suckling pig looks very greasy, and it is good with rice, and because there is pomegranate on the plate, you can taste it with a little fruit! 

Seafood Sesame jian dui&Shacha chicken puff, looks like a ball, and has a delicate taste. Another dessert looks crispy and the entrance is very Shanghai-flavored. 

Superior Soup with Chilean seabass and bamboo pitch, a soup that is very healthy, with lotus roots, fish, etc., clearing heat and reducing fire, drinking is also very warm.

午巿時間來到，我們每人都點了午市套餐 (Taste of Hakkasan)，套餐包括前菜、主菜及甜品☺️

前菜我們都選擇了點心拼盤，賣相非常精緻，每款點心味道都很不錯呢～😋

主菜方面我們4人選擇了不同的菜式share，其中最推薦牛柳粒及咕嚕肉😍
牛柳粒肉質鮮嫩，牛味濃郁，而且醬汁非常入味呢～🤤
咕嚕肉則外脆肉嫩，酸甜味剛剛好，很惹味！👍🏻

而甜品竟是西式的！🤣
賣相很漂亮，份量很大，味道吃起來有點像金莎朱古力🙈 不過吃到最後會有點太膩😅
