Excellent service but the food is outstanding. Worth every penny! Creek stone ribeye steak is always cooked to perfection! Only disappointments are the mocktails. They taste like something out of a carton and the glass size are tiny, not worth £6.50 for it.

Got there half an hour early as we assumed it would be busy and it was. However, as our booking time approached our table was promptly made ready for us. We got the Hummus, Bang Bang Chicken & chips for starters, along with the T-Bone steak and Beef Ribs for mains. Food was amazing and the service was spectacular. Plenty of staff so we didn’t have to wait even a second for a waiter’s attention and they were very accommodating. Prices are definitely fair for what you pay for!
The staff were lovely, food was good however, the tables are placed too close to each other which makes the experience a little uncomfortable.
We are regulars at the restaurant and have been coming since it has opened, the staff do change over time and that’s expected however on the two recent occasions we have been one particular sever didn’t attempt to mask her distaste when ordering a steak well done. This is a personal choice and after explaining politely that we are aware she continued to serve us with passive attitude. The group of us noticed this behaviour. After our food had arrived the serving staff one after another kept coming to our table as if to rush us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible as opposed to enjoy the meal. During the 60 mins we had been approached at least 10 times, the last time we came we were asked maybe 2-3 times to put it in context. Upon finishing our meal we asked for the bill without service charge being optional at every establishment. The waitress advised it was absolutely compulsory and we must pay it. It was mentioned to the waitress that this hasn’t happened before and we came fairly recently with a group of us larger than 4, Or previously last year, we asked to speak to the manager to discuss the bill. The waitress came back to advise that service charge would be taken off. We had already calculated the bill and advised we would be paying a split payment and calculated each person. The waitress began to read out the bill loud enough for others to hear, embarrassing, the staff clearly need to be trained. This person had the same attitude the last time we came for a birthday meal a few weeks ago. We paid and left and felt very rushed not having enjoyed our meal properly without disruption.
This place maybe good for steaks, but for other options IE chicken and salmon they are nice but nothing special. mocktails very nice. Atmosphere was ok, service fast.
