The Alchemist Oxford

I went to Oxford for a day trip today. A local friend recommended the popular restaurant in Westgate Mall, The Alchemist, which is translated as "Alchemist". This restaurant is really a revelation. We ordered a few Thai fish cakes, crispy squid, and meatballs as appetizers. The taste is still very good. I prefer their squid "Salt and Pepper Crispy Squid" which is crispy and refreshing. The waiter recommended "Alchemist Fish and Chips", which has a different flavor, bamboo charcoal fried fish and chips! Black! Tastes good! Let me know what you think.
