I went to UCHI, the number one Japanese restaurant in Houston! ! It was the first time I ate sea bream sashimi at a four-dollar restaurant in the United States [doge]! ! The foie gras sushi was so plump that it burst in my mouth... and the sea urchin was really small but delicious! The light in the restaurant was not good, so the photos were all black and I had to add special effects 2333 ​

the food is excellent, the service is excellent and the spicy cocktail is excellent, the experience is like no other Sushi restaurant in Houston.

From the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we left, everything was of first class quality. We were a group of 12 and we all ordered the chef's choice, except for two who ordered the vegetarian option. Every dish was prepared with love and talent. We didn't have much food left.

I'm always excited about my experience at uchi, ordering the chef's selection, the dishes are innovative, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is always satisfying. The food is good, the presentation is great, and I've never been disappointed. My favorite food is a dish called walu walu and the famous brussels sprouts. I come here just for the brussels sprouts. The flavors here are very creative, unique, and delicious. Remember to call ahead to make a reservation, otherwise there will be no space.
