Nobu Los Angeles is pure perfection &mdash; hands down one of the best dining experiences I&#39;ve ever had! 🌟 The moment you step in, the sleek, modern ambiance with its warm lighting, stylish decor, and buzzing yet intimate energy sets the tone for something special.We started with the legendary Yellowtail Jalape&ntilde;o &mdash; fresh, buttery sashimi slices topped with just the right kick of jalape&ntilde;o and cilantro, drizzled in that signature ponzu Absolute heaven in every bite! Then came the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna &mdash; crunchy, addictive, and perfectly balanced. But the star of the show? The Black Cod Miso &mdash; melt-in-your-mouth tender, caramelized to golden perfection with that sweet-savory umami explosion that Nobu made famous. Paired with some fresh sushi and creative sides like crispy okra, every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with innovative Japanese-Peruvian flavors.The service was impeccable &mdash; attentive without being overbearing, and the staff really knew the menu. Some of the food is delicious, but some really need to be improved. If you don&#39;t care about the environment at all when eating, and only pay attention to the food and price, don&#39;t come.

I love the unique vibe of Cavatina, surrounded by greenery and a koi pond. It&#39;s a perfect spot for brunch or special gatherings, and the mimosas and huevos rancheros are outstanding.

The Waygu literally melted in my mouth, and the drinks were delicious and refreshing. The classy vibe and attentive staff made it a 10/10 experience.

Cam provided exceptional service during our visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
