The Modern is a restaurant adjacent to the Museum of Modern Art - MOMA. It is actually two restaurants, the Modern Bar and the Modern Dining Room. Both are excellent and being part of Danny Meyer&#39;&#39;s collection service is included in the price. They share a bar and a kitchen, although the menus differ. The Bar room is more lively and informal, the Dining room quieter and more formal.

Quiet, elegant environment with entertaining menu choices for three, five, or eight course, prix fixe dinners. Trout and herring starters excellent and wonderfully presented. Duck and pork entrees also superbly cooked and presented. Fine selection of wines by the glass and aquavits

I can&#39;t recommend Loi Estiatorio enough! The quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish. The octopus appetizer was a standout, and the wine selection perfectly complemented our meal.

If you&#39;re looking for authentic Greek food, this is the place to be! The stuffed grape leaves were exceptional, and the walnut sponge cake for dessert was a delightful finish to a wonderful meal.

The hospitality at Loi is unmatched! Alex and Chef Maria made our dining experience unforgettable. The intimate atmosphere combined with top-notch service makes it a must-visit in NYC.
