Soul food and French technique by chef

No. 15 of Fine Dining in New York

I recently dined at Saga and had a mixed experience. There’s no denying that the restaurant has incredible views, a stunning space, and a very polished service team. The setting itself is truly beautiful and theatrical. That said, the food didn’t live up to the hype or the price point for me personally. Several dishes felt more focused on presentation than actual flavor, and overall the menu lacked the depth and balance I’d expect at nearly $300 per person

在阳台上看到了日落，我们选择呆在那里享用餐前鸡尾酒和小吃，真是令人叹为观止。

Saw the sunset from the balcony where we chose to stay for pre dinner cocktails and canapés and it was breathtaking.

风景很棒的高空餐厅，菜品突破了我对美国菜的认知，很赞

A high-altitude restaurant with great views. The dishes broke my perception of American cuisine. Very good

菜品十分精致，摆盘及造型具有艺术感，味道也很出色

The dishes are very exquisite, the presentation and shape are artistic, and the taste is also excellent
