I was introduced to this bar in Flint by a friend. It was my first time here. It was just as described by a local friend. It was great! Overall, it was good. The music played in the store was also very good. It was light music, which made people feel very happy!

Had a special Thanksgiving lunch. Our server Katey was wonderful. The turkey, ham, stuffing and potatoes were all excellent. My wife doesn't care for turkey or ham so her bacon/burger looked amazing and I can't wait to come back and get one for myself. We have already considered this our "go to" for Thanksgiving... and look forward to other opportunities we have to dine here
Went for a birthday party on Saturday, September 2nd. Very nice place. I have been to the bar before but not the restaurant. We ordered three APS, muscles, fudge cheese and hush puppies. All were good. The muscles were good and I liked the fudge cheese the best. I thought the hush puppies might have been overcooked. The drinks we ordered were good, nothing special. I had the French 75. Not bad. For dinner we had salmon, hanger steak and shrimp, shrimp and grits and I had the Mississippi catfish. The food tasted good, my only issue was it was not spicy. The major failed in my book. But I think that is not normal. The catfish was prepared in a light crispy way. The daily SUCCOTASH was excellent. The prices were fair. The chef made his rounds and talked to the table which I thought was excellent. For the price as the title indicates I expected a little better. All in all I can recommend Flint for your dining enjoyment.
