How we Roll with Jewel
We were regulars, all throughout 2023, we were disappointed when it shut down. We can't wait to be regulars again starting tomorrow. Thank you

Disappointing
We purchased tickets to see a band and eat dinner beforehand at this facility. Their website said doors open at 5 pm and show at 7. We arrived at 5 and were told to leave because they don’t open until 5:30. Tried to enter at 5:30 and now they said 6. When we stated their website said 5, he rudely corrected us and said the website said 6. Three out of our party and others waiting also knew they’d seen 5 on the website WHILE we were waiting, but they’d obviously gone in in the last hour and changed it. The evening continued to get worse. We were seated a little after 6, and were some of the first to get a drink order in around 6:30. It was around 7 when they came back for a food order. We were one of the first tables to place a food order. After we watched everyone around us receiving their food, and an elapsed hour, I finally motioned to our waitress, and she claimed issues in the kitchen. I think that was likely the case because we saw waitresses standing around and checking with tables for additional drinks during our wait. They were waiting on the kitchen. It was nearly 8:30 when our food arrived. I’d ordered the salmon which came with risotto and asparagus. Although everything tasted very good, my salmon was approximately 3 oz. There was a large portion of risotto and 5 thin pieces of asparagus. The mean was $27. So, rude management, ridiculously poor service and overpriced. Will not be back.
