C Level Restaurant, located on the beach in San Diego, is best to make reservations in advance. Or wait in line. The cocktails are very good. The recommended appetizers are beef skewers, which are very delicious. Coconut shrimp, Mexican ceviche, and fried cuttlefish. The recommended main courses are the signature burger, seafood pasta, lobster pot, and Mexican fish and shrimp taco. For dessert, I recommend creme br&ucirc;l&eacute;e, assorted ice and ice cream, and banana split. The taste is very satisfying and the dining environment is also good. Highly recommended.

This is a restaurant with a great night view. The dishes inside look pretty good, but the taste is just so-so. The seafood platter tastes a bit cold, but the red wine is okay.
