Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop

Cowboy Steakhouse, the name sounds good, I think the squid inside tastes good, the steak is very big, the bone is also very big, similar to the tomahawk steak in China, the part near the bone is a little raw.

This place is awesome! We sat at the kitchen counter which was wonderful. Fun to watch the chefs and crew at work. Great conversation with several crew members as the meals were prepared. I had the aged ribeye which was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. We loved this place so much I scheduled a staff potluck.

I had several celebrity friends over for the holiday. This restaurant is one of the best in San Diego. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. The service was exceptional. I loved the beet salad. The brisket was amazing! Great place to bring clients or celebrity friends.

One of our favorites! We often have dinner at the bar and we are never disappointed from appetizers to dessert. This place may have spoiled me. It's not cheap, but it's always worth it:

We came here with a group, but we received individual attention. Our server, Jeremy, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the food, drinks, and had a great sense of humor. He would crack a joke. He always had it down.
