KevinThe oysters here are pretty good, the meat inside is quite fresh, the fried prawns are delicious, the prawns are very big, the price is quite cheap, and there was a promotion for oysters when I went there.

Looking for a seafood restaurant we came here after some difficulty in finding it. Parking was on the street and a bit difficult. The restaurant was crowded but we were seated fairly quickly. The service was ordinary. The food very good. The seared rare albacore was excellent and a good sized portion.
It's such a delicious meal and every time we visit we are amazed that we can get a reservation at this gem of a restaurant. We always try to go for the Tuesday tastings and wine pairings. They say "trust the chef" and we do and have yet to be disappointed. Our advice is to go with an open mind and do something you wouldn't normally choose - hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did. Super food, great wine, great service.
Mmmmmm the Ahi Poke Salad is amazing!! The attention to detail in the salad is over the top, so many little wonderful flavors and beautifully presented. It is the only thing we seem to order overtime we come here, priced around $20. It is a fish restaurant, with a fresh fish counter if you prefer to take your fresh catch of the day home. It is casual but not inexpensive. There is plenty of seating inside but it can get a tad noisy, so we prefer to sit outside (heaters available). They serve a basket of bread which comes from the well known local bakery Bread and Cie. The basket consists of slices of multigrain and French bread served with butter. The multigrain is excellent. Oh and for a special treat try the salmon bacon.
Went here our first night in town. Our hotel on the boardwalk was surrounded by loud bar/restaurants and this was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Service was standard, food was very tasty. Seafood selections were mainly fish, some apps had shellfish, but like the name implies, it's mostly about the fish. I had a grilled albacore belly with roasted corn, was cooked perfectly. Husband had macadamia crusted halibut and we both cleaned our plates. The portions were decent, larger than I expected and I left very full. It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the freshness of the food, well prepared dishes, and nice ambience.
