We came for dinner with the kids and honestly the food was the highlight. I had the grilled fish and it was so fresh, flaky, just right. The vegetables on the side were cooked well too, not soggy. The view was nice but the ingredients really stood out to me. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Maybe a bit pricey but for the quality, I'd say it's fair.

The mint tea with plum schnapps caught me off guard—such a clever combo. Panini was solid too, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Easy walk from the station, which helps after a couple drinks.

The set lunch was solid — each dish had some thought behind it. Staff were friendly too. Only thing is the room got a bit warm by the end, but nothing major.

The food here tastes properly homemade, you can tell they put effort into it. We tried a few dishes and everything was decent. Staff were friendly too, not overly chatty but warm enough. The room itself is pretty simple though, a bit cramped between tables. Fine for a quick meal, just don't expect a fancy setting.

The Mongolian dinner was solid, salad bar had good options. Server was friendly enough. Virgin mojito and pistachio tiramisu finished things off nicely.

Service was the highlight. Waiter knew the menu well and picked a solid wine to go with the food. Efficient without hovering. Good spot for a business dinner.

The pasta here is consistently excellent—easily some of the best I've had in Lucerne. The outdoor seating under the big trees is a lovely bonus.

Loved the big portions here—the enchiladas were solid, even if not the most authentic. Lake view from the patio was a nice bonus too.

Stopped here for lunch on the way through—service was quick and the staff spoke English, which helped since the menu was all in German. Portions were generous, food was solid.

Free parking and easy walk to the train station—super convenient for exploring Lucerne by car. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was solid, and the view from the dining area made it worth it.

Great wine list and the pizza was solid. Place gets packed so service slows down a bit. Just sit back, take your time with the meal.

The fish and chips on the floating terrace were better than I expected. Crispy batter, flaky fish, decent chips. View over the lake is a bonus but honestly I was focused on the plate. Would order that again.

Solid lunch spot right by the lake in Brunnen. Meat was cooked properly, seasoning on point. Homemade chips were a nice touch. Didn't feel touristy at all.

Been coming here for over 30 years and it still holds up. The family running it never misses a beat. Food's solid, service is warm. Just wish they'd update the decor a little, but honestly, that's part of the charm. Always leave full and happy.

We popped in for a quick glass and ended up staying way longer than planned 😅 The wine list is really something—our server knew exactly what to suggest. Cold cuts were solid too. Place has this cozy, unpretentious vibe that makes you wanna just hang out and chat. Maybe not the spot if you're in a hurry, but perfect for a lazy afternoon with friends.

The terrace is the move here — way better than sitting inside where you catch that frying oil smell. Portions are huge and the food's been consistent every time I've come back.

Stopped by for lunch after a hike. Schnitzel was spot on, big portions too. Menu had way more options than your usual ski place. Staff stayed friendly even when it filled up.

Pasta was fresh and portions are generous. Price felt fair for Luzern, not crazy like some spots around here. Solid quick lunch stop.

The spring rolls were really good, and the staff was so friendly. The Mekong noodles weren't quite what I hoped for, but I still left happy.

We stopped by for dinner and honestly the food was so good. Our server Kat knew exactly what to suggest, we just let her pick and everything worked. Probably my favorite meal in Switzerland, no contest. Only thing is it got a bit loud later but that’s on us for staying so long 😅

Stopped by for a quick bite and the vibe got me. Plants everywhere, nice lighting, and that back room with games is a solid touch. Didn't stay long but could see chilling there with friends. Food came out fast enough for a lunch break. Maybe a bit noisy but that's on me for going at peak time.

Lovely little spot right on the square—we grabbed a table outside and just watched people go by while we ate. Service was friendly, food did the job. Perfect for a chill catch-up with friends 🙂

The medieval decor is pretty cool, feels like a castle. Had the white wine and herb fondue, it was quite good. Paired it with a glass of white wine, a nice match. The cheese was decent, though a bit on the rich side for me.

The salmon and lemon risotto was solid—creamy, not too heavy, and the fish was fresh. Bathroom being spotless is a plus, honestly. Place has a decent buzz, but if you're eating alone, don't expect much attention from the staff. I'd go back for the food, just not for the service vibe.

Four-course half-board was solid, plating looked great. Salad bar with homemade pickles did it for me.

The gnocchi was really good, probably the best I’ve had in a while. Service was friendly too, and the seating felt comfortable. Just a bit noisy by the window, but nothing that ruined the meal.

Nice little spot by the river, chill vibe. Iced coffee hit the spot, staff were friendly enough. Just heads up—cash only, but there's an ATM close by.

The Hagebutte flavor is the one to get—hard to find anywhere else, and honestly the best thing on their menu. I went with a glass of dry Riesling alongside, and the pairing worked better than I expected. Place was a bit busy for a Tuesday, but the drink made up for it.
