Came for the view, ended up staying for the mascarpone dessert. That thing was surprisingly good. 😅

Stopped by for breakfast and really liked the fresh fruit bowl. You can tell they pick things daily. Simple place, nothing fancy, but the ingredients speak for themselves. Service was friendly too. Maybe a bit slow when it got busy, but I didn't mind. Good option if you're nearby and want something light.

Hearty Swiss food, big portions. The rösti was properly crispy, exactly what I wanted. Birthday lunch worked fine, staff left us alone mostly. Solid spot in Brienz.

The goulash was solid and the rösti came out properly crispy. Portions felt fair for what you pay. Staff took time to explain the menu, which helped.

The grilled octopus was spot on—smoky, tender, not rubbery at all. Plenty of lemon on the side, which I appreciated. Prices fair for what you get. Terrace was nice too, though I mostly just focused on the plate. Would eat that octopus again.

Stopped by for a quick dinner on the terrace. Lake and mountain views are the real deal. Had the wild game—cooked nicely, no complaints. They handled my gluten-free request without any fuss, which was a plus. Service was fast enough for me. Just a heads-up, it can get a bit busy, but for a solid meal with a view, it works.

The cherry cake is a classic for a reason—rich, boozy, and properly done. It’s a touristy spot, sure, but the quality holds up. Service was efficient, no fuss. I’d stop by again if I’m in the area, though I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Solid pasta and the terrace view is unreal. Been coming here since ski school. Staff remembers us now. Best lunch spot on the mountain.

Been coming here for a while now. The pasta with truffle cream is still my go-to, never disappoints. Portions are decent for the price, which matters in this neighborhood. Place gets busy around 7, so I usually come earlier. Not the fanciest spot, but it's consistent and that's why I keep coming back.

The Virgin Piña here is seriously good. Sweet, creamy, not too heavy on the ice. I just wanted that one drink and it hit the spot. Staff were nice enough, but honestly I wasn't paying much attention to anything else. If you're into cocktails, this place does them right. That's all I need from a bar.

The seafood risotto was fresh and well-made. Tony at the front was friendly without being pushy. A solid dinner spot in Lucerne.

Stumbled onto this place by accident and honestly the terrace alone is worth it. Lake view, nice breeze, pretty villa vibe. Got the meat dish — looked great on the plate, but flavor was a bit flat. Not bad, just not as juicy as I hoped. Staff were friendly though. Would come back for the setting.

Nice drink menu with a few alcohol-free picks that actually taste good. Clean modern space too. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

Cozy spot for a casual drink. The chicken wings with blue cheese sauce were really good. Service was friendly, though it did get a bit busy later. Fine for a relaxed evening.

The Pad Thai here hit the spot—good balance of sweet and tangy, noodles cooked right. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I was short on time. Solid little spot for a Thai fix.

The woman running the front is something else—she handles everything solo and switches between languages without missing a beat. Got there early, luckily, because they started turning people away within twenty minutes. Space is tiny, so yeah, book ahead or come right when they open. Food was solid, but honestly the service efficiency was the most impressive part.
