The owner was super nice and explained all the craft beers to us. It was a chill place to hang out. But honestly, the beers were a bit pricey for the size of the pour. I expected a bit more for what we paid.

The two ladies running this Ghibli-style cafe are so sweet. Everything is homemade, which explains the wait.

The tonkatsu uses local Nikko Himitsu pork. The batter was crisp, and the frying oil had a light, slightly sweet note. It's a well-executed dish.

The soba here is really fresh and firm, I loved the texture. The duck soup was rich and went so well with the noodles. A nice find!

A family-run place, very cozy. The staff were so kind, made us feel right at home. The calm atmosphere was just what we needed before heading into the park. A nice, quiet spot.

The soba was a bit thicker than I expected, but I actually liked that texture. The grated mushroom on the side had this really nice, earthy flavor.

Been coming here for years. The food always tastes like they care about it, which is why I keep returning.
