The owner, in particular, was incredibly rude and dismissive.I tried to place my order with a smile, but the cashier rolled his eyes and huffed as if I was bothering her by being there. When my food finally arrived, it was clear that no care or attention had been put into its preparation. The sandwich was sloppily made, and the coffee was lukewarm at best.As I sat down to eat, I overheard the owner speaking harshly to one of the servers in front of customers. The way he belittled and demeaned his employee was not only unprofessional but also deeply uncomfortable to witness. It was clear that a toxic work environment was the norm in this cafe.When I tried to address my concerns with the owner, he brushed me off and told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. The sheer arrogance and lack of customer service skills were appalling. It was abundantly clear that this establishment had no interest in providing a welcoming or enjoyable experience for its patrons.In the end, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a pleasant meal or friendly service. The rude behavior of the staff and owner overshadowed any positive aspects the cafe may have had.
