The biryani here is properly spiced, no doubt. One of the better ones I've had in Bhimtal. Got it packed for a quick lunch, didn't have to wait long at all. Rice was fluffy, chicken was tender. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price. Still, hit the spot for a midday fix.

The malpua and rasmalai were fresh, not overly sweet. Didn't expect bakery stuff this good inside an ashram. Carrot cake was a nice surprise too.
