Old City Restaurant

We stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday. Place wasn't busy, which was nice. Got the pumpkin samsa and lagman. Both were solid, real home-style taste. The mung bean rice was alright, nothing special but fine. Service was friendly enough, didn't rush us. Prices are fair for the portions. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

Mushroom soup was the star—rich and hit the spot. Steamed meat rolls were solid too. Staff actually took time to explain the menu, which helped. Quick enough for a lunch break.

The beetroot walnut salad was really good, and the service felt just right. Cozy place.
