I tried the new protein waffles. They&#39;re a solid addition to the menu, really hit the spot. The texture was good, not dry at all. Felt like a proper, filling meal.

The Valencian rice was the star for me. They also bring out a little appetizer and sorbet, which was a nice touch.

local place with local people, sitting, chatting, drinking, eating. not for the tourists, as away from anything. burgers in various forms. menu in Spanish, the lonely guy who runs it speaks some English.

Super friendly staff, incredible menu, the guy took the time to explain us different things about the menu- the food was super delicious. Definitely a great experience.

We discovered Wave restaurant when we were visiting Valencia a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to visit again this year.  The restaurant was just as we remembered, small and basic but the food and service more than make up for it.  The owner/chef explained to us that he is planning to move a new location next year that will give him more creative possibilities and we promised that we would search him out!

The made-to-order omelet station was the highlight. They had all the usual buffet stuff, but watching them cook it fresh made a difference. Good way to start the day.

The private room was perfect for our group. The wine list had some nice Spanish options that paired well with the paella.

Iberian pork cheeks were the star, so tender and rich. Tiramisu was nice too. Coffee was a bit weak though.

A nice spot for tapas. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty good. We tried the patatas bravas and the croquetas - both were decent. The vibe is relaxed, though it got a bit loud later in the evening.

First time trying their seafood paella. The rice had a nice texture, not mushy, and the prawns were fresh. Good portion for the price. A solid introduction to the dish.

Fried artichokes were new for me, and they were good. Solid food and local wines. Service was efficient, which I appreciate. A bit pricey for what it is, but the location is convenient.

You can tell they really care about the food here. The croquettes were so good, perfect for sharing with friends.

The owner really cares about every detail! Our table had a gorgeous view of the city. Perfect spot for a long catch-up with friends over those beautifully plated dishes. A bit pricey, but the vibe was just right.

Came here with a group of friends for a chill dinner. The vibe was perfect for catching up, not too loud so we could actually hear each other. Shared a few pizzas and some wine, just what we needed. The staff was really cool about us taking our time.

The arroz a banda was the standout. The rice had this deep, concentrated seafood flavor, and the aioli was garlicky and rich. Really good texture too. That&#39;s what I came for.

They were so kind to seat us even though we were the last ones in. The kitchen was winding down, but they didn&#39;t rush us at all. Food was still good, especially the pasta. Really nice of them.

Been here a few times. The tsukune is solid, juicy and well-seasoned. Noodles are decent, dim sum just okay. Open kitchen&#39;s fun to watch. It&#39;s a cozy spot for a casual bite.

Birthday dinner with a big group. Diego took good care of us. Portions are huge, and the rice was spot on.

The set menu is a solid deal. You get a full meal with stew, grilled hake, and dessert for a fair price.
