We were looking forward to the Portuguese dishes posted on their menu. Sadly, there were none on the day that we dined. Typical lunch fare with sizable portions. Good value. My husband enjoyed the sauce on the chicken.

Hotel Crillon le Brave, named after the town "Crillon le Brave", has attracted the attention of countless hotel lovers. Its scale can be said to be a "town within a town". The designer created an innovative design style for the hotel, sweeping away the stereotyped traditional French style. The spa here is very famous and the space is also amazing. Standing on the terraces or swimming pools around the hotel, you can see the beautiful scenery of the surrounding vineyards and villages, as if you have walked into the paintings of the Impressionist masters... Starting from the hotel, you can integrate into the bustling local market, or visit vineyards and wineries, and taste the famous Ventoux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. The nearby village of Sault is the birthplace of lavender. You can also ride a bicycle to the country road for a circle, have a picnic in the green fields, and be surrounded by unknown flowers. This is the romance of southern France~ #These hotels have great views #High-end hotels that you will understand after sleeping #Hotel addiction #Honeymoon hotel I recommend #Featured hotel

Amazing food. The goat cheese salad was wonderfully seasoned. The tajine tasted better here than I've had in Morocco. The baklava and mint tea completed an excellent meal. Don't miss!

Amazing experience in this Japanese restaurant. There was 7 of us, 6 adults and a toddler, and the staff was super accommodating to our needs (rearranging the tables, getting a chair from outside for the baby, reheating the food we brought for her…) and extremely friendly too! The food was tasty. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Sophie's Travel Notes on France The town of Fountain in Provence, South France, is one of the ten most beautiful towns in France. The spring water here is transparent and clear. Due to the good water quality, a large number of aquatic plants have grown underwater. In order to protect the cleanliness of this water source, the French who love to go into the water in summer also hold back. So finding a restaurant by the spring to eat and chat with coffee has become the main activity for the French in the town of Fountain. Among them, Les Terrasses Bar and Cafe, which is right by the spring, can still bring a comfortable coolness even if you come to eat at noon in midsummer without air conditioning. I ordered steak, lasagna and a French heavy-tasting food Andouillette pig offal intestines. This kind of food is really only available in a small number of French restaurants. It is not as common as raw beef tartare in French restaurants. This is a bit like large intestine wrapped in small intestine, that is, the pig large intestine and some offal are stuffed into the pig casing, and then baked~ The taste is very hard to describe, the taste is chewy and has a strong taste of offal. I believe that only those who appreciate it will get used to it. Overall, the food in this restaurant is not that good, but the view is really nice. I suggest you come here during afternoon tea time and order a 3 Euro cup of coffee to relax.

Very friendly welcome and service. Four different dishes, enjoyed by all the guests. A very generous children's menu, also appreciated by two little gluttons. Thanks to the team.

Sophie's Travel Notes on France In Provence, France, the summer is long with long sunshine, dry and high temperature, so there are abundant agricultural products, such as apples, tomatoes, potatoes, olives, peaches, apricots, honeydew melons, figs, etc., so there are many delicious local foods. L'Ocrier, a restaurant on the cliff of Roussillon (Red Earth City), makes local dishes of Provence. Due to the rich fruits and vegetables, salads must not be missed. What's more special is Petits Farcis, which looks like a twin brother of the Cantonese fried stuffed three treasures. The peppers, eggplants, and mushrooms used in the Cantonese fried stuffed three treasures are stuffed with chopped fish glue and then fried. Petits Farcis is a typical Mediterranean dish, which uses eggplants, peppers and tomatoes. They are cut horizontally, stuffed with pork fillings, sprinkled with bread crumbs and chili powder, and then baked in an oven. It is paired with Provence's specialty pink wine. The flavor is good, but I still prefer the fried stuffed three treasures from my hometown.
