TheForkUserVery good, as usual. Excellent service at the reception desk thanks to Beatriz, who is super efficient and charming. The kitchen was a little slower today, but the food was very good. Another success.

83. Ancestral

TheForkUserA very good option within the Michelin Stars for the price. We took the Barro menu and it did not disappoint. Some dishes surprise with their flavour, others are more "normal" but in general everything is fine. The desserts and the stew dish could be improved. The service was good although they had a new waitress and she made some mistakes but they were not important and it was also quite pleasant. As for the place, it was small but with large tables and comfortable chairs. The temperature could be improved because it was quite hot but I understand that, due to the cold outside, they had the heating turned up higher. The price of the wines could also be improved or at least have some more affordable option. The pairing is impossible to order, it costs the same as the entire menu or more expensive if you order a large one. That said, in general, a good experience. We would repeat.

TheForkUserThere's private parking, and if you arrive early, even shade. The facilities are impeccable. The service is spectacular. The food is good and plentiful; I couldn't finish the leg of lamb, so I brought half home. The tiramisu for dessert is a must. We'll be back.

TheForkUserEverything has been a 10 from the moment we arrived. The attention of everyone who works there made us feel right at home. The chef comes out to check on the diners at each table... If you follow his recommendations, you're sure to make the right choice. We ordered: boletus croquettes, baked mushrooms (exquisite), oxtail, and entrecote. Each dish was better than the last. Definitely a place we'll return to try the rest of the menu.

TheForkUserIt's perfect. It's the place I like to take friends to and go back to whenever I can because I know I'm sure I'll get it right. On this occasion I was going with vegans and celiacs. I gave them notice in advance, obviously, but they told me there was no problem and they adapted the menu so they could eat according to their needs. The quality is magnificent but it stands out more for the service of the staff. Safe bet ❤️

TheForkUserEverything was fine, but I don't understand the price of a loaf of bread, which is almost two euros. It detracts from the overall rating of the restaurant. The menu does not include drinks.

TheForkUserVery good service, nice place, well decorated, spacious and with background music that allows you to chat. As for food, we tried the steak tartar, cooked to order, in front of the customer, delicious torreznos with revolconas and poached egg... We already knew it and we will definitely return.
