_TI***igThis place is a joke calling itself a “hotel.” We waited endlessly – kids hungry, elders tired – only to be told *after 11 PM* that the food was finished. And still, not a word of apology! Pure arrogance, zero management, zero respect for customers. If you want to waste your money, time, and mood, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, STAY AWAY.
