Everything pristine from the waiters’ matelot tees and white trousers to the crisp, elegant white linen. Every table able to be in the shade or sunshine as requested. Light, super-fresh seafood (steaks/burgers if you must) - raw, grilled or fried. I had a carpaccio of red prawns, followed by grilled octopus washed down by half a bottle of Pouilly Fumé.
