The food was tasty, no complaints there. But honestly, it's a bit pricey for a casual catch-up. We had a great time, but my wallet felt it afterwards. More of a special occasion spot with friends.

Had a lovely dinner with friends. The food was really good, especially the steak. It is a bit pricey, but the vibe was perfect for a catch-up. We stayed for ages just chatting.

Stumbled in after a long day. The lasagne was solid, but the real star was the house red they suggested. It had just the right body to cut through the rich tomato sauce. The crème brûlée was decent, though a touch too sweet for my taste.

My go-to for haddock and chips. Love the old-school feel. The booths are comfy, makes it easy to relax.

The chicken katsu burger was a real find. Just the right amount of heat in the sauce, really hit the spot. Great spot to catch a game too.

The team here is so lovely. They really took care of us for our little get-together. Everything was handled so calmly, which made the whole afternoon feel relaxed and easy.

Ella was our server and really attentive. The manager was also hands-on, helping the team. Food was good, but the portions felt a bit small for the price. A bit more on the plate would've made it feel like better value.

The staff are so lovely. Polite, efficient, and they genuinely want you to have a nice time. That's what makes their Sunday roast a favourite for me. Just a really nice vibe.

Had a business lunch on the veranda. Staff knew the menu well, gave clear recommendations without hovering. The setting was efficient for a meeting.

Easy to find next to Tesco. Good for a quick bite. Staff were fast and friendly. Got the chicken wrap, decent portion and tasted fresh. Perfect for a lunch break.

Pasta was loaded with prawns, really flavourful. Everything came out hot, portions are generous. Just a solid meal.

Travelled a fair distance for this. The food came out quickly, which was perfect with our toddler. One of the better Indian meals we've had.

The pistachio ice cream was the best part for me. They serve it with a dollop of cream on top. The flavour is so rich and genuine, just like proper gelato you'd get in Italy. Really enjoyed it.

Good portions for the price, and a huge menu to choose from. The vibe was just right—really relaxed and friendly.

Came for the afternoon tea with friends. The little savoury tarts were so good, and the cheesecake that looked like a flower pot was a fun surprise! A really nice spot for a long catch-up.

Been coming here for years, and the Goan fish curry is always spot on. Just the right level of spice, never overpowering. It's the one dish I keep coming back for.

The fish and chips were spot on - lovely and crispy. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were really friendly. My only small note is that the seating was a bit snug for a longer meal, but it was still a nice, easy lunch.

The fennel salami and Tomme cheese sandwich was a real find. The bread had this perfect, crisp crust that just gave way. For under a fiver, it felt like a little treat. Romsey's lucky to have this spot.

Great little family-run pub. We had our wedding party here, and it was just right for that. The beer selection is really strong – tried a few local ales that were spot on. The team handled our group smoothly.

Nice spot by the water. The fish and chips were pretty good, fresh and quick. A bit pricey, but fine for the location.

The Korean chicken burger and dirty Texan BBQ fries were spot on, coffee was good too. Loved that they had blankets for the outdoor seating—made a breezy evening much cosier.

A lovely spot for a break. The outdoor seating is so pleasant, surrounded by greenery. I really appreciated the fresh ingredients in my salad. The greens were crisp and the avocado was perfectly ripe. It felt like a healthy, refreshing pause.

The French onion soup was really rich, and the monkfish tail had this great sauce. But honestly, what stuck with me was the room itself – the lighting was so soft and the chairs were actually comfortable for a long dinner. Just a nice, relaxed spot.

Focused menu, creative dishes. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Had a quick lunch there, food came out fast. Solid spot for a good bite.

As a coeliac, I really appreciated the care here. They have separate equipment for gluten-free prep, which is a huge relief. Felt safe ordering, and nearly everything on the menu was an option for me.

Been coming here for years, and the halibut and chips is always spot on. Huge portion, cooked perfectly. Even on a busy Friday, they found us a table on the lawn. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

The homemade pies and cakes are solid. You can tell they're made with care. Had the apple pie, crust was good, not too sweet. A decent spot for a quick dessert.
