The place looks simple from the street, but inside it's a lovely, quiet spot. The lighting is just right for a relaxed dinner. It's small and cosy, run by a really focused team.

The fish and chips. The batter was light and crisp, not greasy at all. The chips were proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. The mushy peas had a good minty kick. That's what I come for.

Stopped in for a pint after work. The staff were really friendly and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Prices are very fair for the area. My lager was perfectly chilled, which hit the spot. A solid spot for a quiet drink.

As a vegetarian, the nut roast was a standout. Paired nicely with a robust red wine, which was a pleasant surprise.

Came here with a group of friends and we all got the set menu for about £20 each. Really filling! The staff recommended a local beer to go with it, which was a nice touch. Good spot for a casual catch-up.

Tried their own-brand wine at the restaurant. It's a nice touch and really tasty for the price point.

Found this place on the Isle of Wight. The crispy pork was really good, and the garlic prawns were nice too. A solid meal, though the service was a bit slow. Would go back.

Came for a late lunch, the portion sizes are no joke! Had the lamb shank, it was huge and fell right off the bone. Really hit the spot.

The pasta here is really good. The two brothers who run the place do everything themselves, cooking and serving. They're pretty funny guys, makes for a relaxed meal. Been coming here for years.

Finally found a solid halal spot. The fish tacos were spot on—fresh, crispy fish, good slaw. Burrito was hefty and well-seasoned. Place is super clean, which is a big plus for a casual meal. 👍

Another lovely dinner at Gurkha Lounge. We ordered a few new things from the menu and they were all really nice. The staff were very careful when I mentioned my nut allergy, which made the whole evening much more relaxed.

Been coming here for years, and the vibe is always spot on. It's lively and chatty, but never feels pretentious. Just a really nice place for a relaxed evening.

The steaks are definitely worth the price. I usually just have water with mine. The booths are quite comfortable, which makes for a relaxed meal.

Franco Manca in Chichester. Had the thin-crust sourdough pizza, base was spot on. Good selection of veggie options, which is handy. Staff were efficient, didn't have to wait long. Solid choice for a straightforward lunch.

Decent Korean spot in Portsmouth. The DIY grill is a fun touch you don't see much around here. Got the pork belly for a quick lunch. Cooked it myself in a few minutes. Hit the spot when you're in a hurry.

Popped in for a late lunch and it was so peaceful. The staff were really lovely, and my pasta dish was just right for a quick bite. A nice, quiet find.

The bottomless brunch was a solid choice. Food hit the mark, and the DJ/sax combo created a fun vibe. My only note is that the mimosas were a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but they kept them coming.

Had their breakfast special, eggs were cooked just right. Coffee was good, fresh orange juice hit the spot. A solid start to the day.

Loved the long outdoor table under cover for our baby shower. We could bring our own decorations which was nice. The brunch menu was really tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Been coming here monthly. Bun Bo Hue is my go-to, broth's got that deep flavour. Bahn Xeo is solid too. Music playlist always fits the mood.

Been here a few times now. The staff are always on it, really friendly and quick to notice if you need anything. Makes a difference. Food's always good, no complaints there.

Been coming here for years, and the lamb curry is always spot on. It's the reason I keep coming back. Just wish they'd bring back that side of spicy pickles they used to have.

The tartar sauce was the star, definitely homemade. Fish and chips were fine, but that sauce made it.

Popped in for a quick bite, got the lamb rogan josh and garlic naan. The lamb was so tender, and the naan was fresh and warm. Just hits the spot every time.

Been coming here for years, and Karen's always the same - makes you feel right at home. That's what keeps me coming back. The drinks are a nice bonus, never feel like I'm being overcharged.

Lovely, cozy spot. The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the focus on quality ingredients - you could taste the difference. A nice place for a mindful meal.

Bottomless brunch is a solid deal for a quick bite. Good spread of drinks, food comes out fast and looks decent. That welcome glass of fizz is a nice start. Gets busy, but service keeps up.

Been coming here for years, and the bottomless brunch is always solid. The mini plates, like the Caesar salad and chorizo, are consistently good. Drinks get topped up quickly, which is all I really ask for. It's just reliable.

The seared tuna and crispy squid were spot on. My steak was cooked just right, incredibly tender. The wine list had a few interesting local options that paired nicely with the seafood. A solid meal.

The Double Fillet Burger was good, but what really stood out was the vibe. The space has this lovely, relaxed feel with really comfy seating. Aqib’s friendly service just added to it.
