The food was delicious, and the ambience was great, but what really made the experience was the quality of service. The staff were so warm and inviting. Would definitely visit again when in Lausanne, and would recommend to a friend 🩵

Off the beaten track on the French side of the Portes du Soleil area, but worth the trip. Without question, there is no restaurant even close in terms of quality and imagination in the region.Informal yet polite and professional, on the ball service. If you haven't been yet, you don't know what you're missing.

Been here a few times with big groups. They have this separate room that's perfect for us, feels like a cozy little mountain lodge. The food is always fresh, which is nice.

This old wooden chalet has such a warm feel. The BBQ was fantastic, and the fries were spot-on. My only note is that the wine list felt a bit limited for the hearty food. Still, a very solid meal.

The food was pretty good, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. A decent spot for a quiet dinner. The pasta was cooked nicely, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Booked ahead for the cheese fondue. Good call. Rich and gooey, perfect for dipping. The bread basket was fresh. Solid choice for a cold evening.

Loved the local craft beers here. The view over Morzine at sunset was the perfect way to end a day on the mountain.

The raclette was generous, and the local meat platter was huge. For two people, it was definitely enough. Portions here are no joke, you get what you pay for.

The restaurant at this hotel offers an excellent meal with attentive service. The salmon tartare was fresh and delicious, and the generous portion of fries was a nice touch. Highly recommend trying the menu!

Great pizza for a quick bite. Loaded with toppings, exactly what I needed. Service was fast, got my order in no time. Perfect spot when you're in a hurry.

The terrace is tucked away in the pedestrian zone, such a nice spot for a relaxed lunch. I spent a good hour just watching the world go by with my coffee.

Great spot on the pedestrian street for a post-market coffee.

The owner and his team are genuinely passionate. You feel it in the warm, unpretentious vibe. Had a lovely local red with the lamb—it was a spot-on pairing. Just a bit cozy inside, but that's part of the charm.

The staff was so nice, made us feel right at home. My French is terrible, but they were patient and helpful. Had a great local red with the steak – really worked together. Just a relaxed, genuine vibe.

Felt right at home. Menu had solid choices, and everything came out quick. The owner gave a nod on the street a few days after – that’s a nice touch. Their house red was a surprisingly good match for the braised lamb.

Solid family spot. The kids' menu has proper chicken nuggets, and the house white was a surprisingly good match for the fried food.

The view of the lake from the terrace was lovely. We sat outside for a late lunch and it was really peaceful. The food was decent, but honestly, you're paying a bit more for that spot. Still, a nice place to unwind.

The terrace ski cabin vibe is pretty unique, I’ll give them that. Sat outside even though it was chilly, and the setting alone made the evening feel special. I had the grilled fish with greens—fish was fresh, nicely done. Booking ahead definitely helps, place fills up fast. Only thing, service was a bit slow between courses. But I’d still come back for the atmosphere.

The burger and poke bowl were solid picks, and the TiramiSuisse dessert looked almost too pretty to eat 😅. It was a fun way to end the meal. The ice cream was kinda meh though, especially the Daim one—didn’t really do it for me. Still, a nice spot to hang out with friends for a casual bite.

The entrecôte Parisienne was spot on — cooked exactly how I asked, and the homemade fries actually tasted like real potatoes. Solid spot for a low-key dinner in Lausanne. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Maybe a bit busy on a Friday night, but that didn’t bother me much.

Came back here just for the mussels and they didn’t disappoint. Right by the train station, super easy to find. Fries were hot and fresh on the side. Maybe a bit busy around lunch, but worth it. I’d grab a seat outside if you can.

The burger was decent but honestly a bit thin for what they charge. Mine came out dry too, which was a letdown. Staff were lovely though. The smoke from the kitchen drifting into the seating area got annoying after a while. Not sure I'd rush back, but it wasn't a bad meal either.

The buckwheat crepes are seriously good, I keep thinking about them. Place gets packed though, we waited a bit for a table. But honestly, the variety is solid and everything we tried tasted fresh. Great spot if you're hanging with friends and don't mind a little chaos 😅

Lovely spot right by the funicular, that view never gets old. Staff still remembers us and gave solid tips for the area again. Food was on point as always.

The pizzas here are exceptional, with a perfect thin crust and generous toppings. Definitely a must-try for pizza lovers!

The lamb was cooked properly and the portion felt fair for the price. Nice to see a family-run spot in Martigny doing things right.
