Try the Tabua. You would easily pay 30 euros at a restaurant for that.. and here with the discount it is 9 euros. Crazy!

Came for the grilled sardines and clams à Bulhão Pato — both were spot on. Fish tasted properly fresh, not frozen or overdone. Place was packed but the staff still managed to keep things moving fast. Only thing is the tables are a bit close together, but that’s typical for this kind of spot. Would eat here again.

We went for dinner and the owner came out to explain the menu in English, which was nice. Beef skewers and the chocolate mousse were the best things we had. Small plates meant we could try a bunch of stuff. Two bottles of wine plus five dishes, €49 total. That price felt right for what we got.

Grilled beef rib was spot on after a long bike ride along the Lima River. Service was friendly too. Place gets busy but worth stopping by.

The passion fruit sangria was really good, cold and not too sweet. Cookie cake for dessert hit the spot too. Place was busy but we got a table quick enough. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Took a takeaway and honestly it was so fresh, really tasty for the price. Staff were nice even when I was rushing out. Would grab again if I'm nearby. 😊

Been coming here for a while now, and the lasagna keeps pulling me back. Had it again last night, still as good as the first time. Chef came by to say hi, which was a nice touch. Pizza's solid too, but that lasagna is the reason I keep showing up.

We went on a discovery, and it was an excellent surprise and a great experience. Amazing food, perfect ambiance, and excellent service. Without a doubt, to be repeated.

The restaurant is very beautiful and the food is tasty. For the price, is a good experience overall.Cannot say is a quiet place, but it is not too noisy either.I recommend the Tomahawk Steak for 2 people, its very tasty.

Stumbled upon this tavern with outdoor tables near the cathedral after a few places were packed. The wine was really good, and the grilled octopus was spot on. Solid spot when you need a quick, reliable bite.

Grilled chicken was solid, but the wine list is what caught my eye. They had a nice selection of Spanish reds that paired well with the dish. The staff was helpful when I asked about the pairing, even though the bill had a small mix-up with the bread.

The daily veggie plate here was solid, not fancy but well done. Got a free tea with it too, which was a nice surprise. Prices are fair for what you get.

The owner treated us like we'd been coming for years. Food tasted proper homemade, not fancy but comforting. Chairs are a bit hard though, by the end I was shifting around. Still, that kind of personal touch is hard to find. Would go back for the stew alone.

It's the second time I went to this restaurant, and the food was lovely. Very good 👍

The staff were really lovely and the picanha was spot on. Good price for what you get, everyone at the table was happy with their meal.

Tucked away so you might walk past it, but the food makes up for it. Had the grilled fish and it was cooked just right, simple and tasty. Prices are fair, not touristy at all. Place is small, got a bit busy around 8pm but that’s fine. Would go back for sure.

The lady at the counter was super friendly and even shared a couple of recipes with us. Service like that makes the place stand out.

Solid burger. Francesinha sauce was on point, not too heavy. Kids liked it too. Service kept it simple, no fuss. Place is decent for a quick bite.

The staff were great with our kids, even gave them balloons on the way out. Food was decent but my steak came a bit undercooked in the middle.

The cod à Braga was spot on — tender, not drowning in salt like so many places do. Service handled our broken Portuguese with patience and smiles. Felt genuinely looked after, even though we were fumbling through the menu. That quiet attentiveness made the whole meal feel easy.

Tried the veggie francesinha here after being let down by a few spots in Porto. Finally one that actually tastes like something. Sauce had good depth, not just tomato paste. Bread held up, cheese was properly melted. Portion was decent for the price. Place was busy but service didn't drag. Would go back for sure.

Came here with a couple of friends last week and honestly the mixed grill was the star. Big portions, we couldn’t even finish everything. Service was chill, not hovering over us which I liked. Place is pretty basic but who cares when the food’s this good. Would go back just for that grill 😄

The fish soup was the star. Deep, rich flavor, proper homemade taste. Baked octopus came out tender, not rubbery at all. Didn't pay much attention to anything else around me. Place gets packed on weekends though, so you might wait a bit. But honestly, for that soup alone, I'd deal with it.

Best francesinha I've had around here. Meat was spot on, sauce a bit sweet but I liked it. Place gets packed though, come early or you'll wait.
