TheForkUserThe staff were lovely and very attentive. The guy who helped us lodge the full table order and pay for was great! The food was delicious and it appeared that all 16 people on our table enjoyed the entrees and mains provided. The only thing I would have changed was the seating arrangements. We had a table of 16 and right next to us was another large table with 15-20 people so the noise level was a little excessive. Other than that, a great time was had by all.

Well our concerns were soon put to rest with the tasty mussels followed by a fantastic seafood pasta dish. The highlight was the frisgioli dessert…an absolute must try dish. Many thanks to the chef and service from Alessandro…can’t wait to go back!

TheForkUserWe visited this restaurant as a family with Gluten intolerances and enjoyed the food thoroughly. My favourite was the arancini balls on mushroom pate and the almond cake although everything was delicious. The family were also delightful and came over to the table a couple of times for a lovely chat and last but not least our waitress was efficient and on the ball with our nut allergies. We will definitely be back.

TheForkUser8 of us dined on Sat night (4 Nov). Service was great, especially from Erika who was patient with my wine choosing. Meals were lovely. We ordered the prawn pizza (was a little soggy but tasty), Chicken supreme special which was delicious, calamari and the chicken parma were really good. The gnocchi was really good. The kids had cheeseburgers and chips and were happy. Generous pours of wine too. Great evening.

TheForkUserFirst time at Tartine, for a Tues, it was reasonably busy. A nice buzz. Had a lovely French waiter adding to the authenticity. The scallop tartare was wonderful so too the steak frites. Great local feel, a nice change on Swan St from burgers and pizzas.

TheForkUserMy partner and I enjoyed the meal at The Local Taphouse, I had the Mussels which were well cooked in a tasty broth and my partner was pleased with her Chicken Parma.The service was friendly and excellent. The establishment fits in perfectly with the area and would recomend it for a friendly, reasonably priced place to eat.
