Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus. Well worth a visit if you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine.

木风笛We were staying in a hotel nearby and stumbled into this restaurant. The restaurant is located on the rooftop with a great view overlooking a busy road junction. The food tasted good, standard French cuisine, and the presentation was very delicate. The price was a little high but acceptable.
