The tasting menu is always a good choice and they did not disappoint. Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus. Well worth a visit if you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine.

setting, a couple was celebrating their anniversary the night we went, great selection of wines and favourite dish the spring rolls and the papaya salad. The fried salmon main wasn&rsquo;t as tasty as it could have been but all dish presentation was of high standards.

This is the restaurant with the most abundant dishes I have eaten in Hanoi. The food is delicious. There are a lot of people. It costs more than 100 RMB for two people + drinks. We were too full and didn&#39;t finish the meal.
