Jack's Cat Cafe

I live in the hotel opposite and eat here every day. I also took a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese dishes. The dishes are delicious and cheap. The boss lady speaks excellent English. I highly recommend it.

The price is quite reasonable, the taste is good, and the popularity is average
