Been coming here for years, and the beer selection is always spot on. They really know what they&#39;re doing.

This place is all about the music. The jazz festival set was right at home here, the sound just fills the small room. It&rsquo;s a proper listening spot, nothing fancy but gets the vibe right.

We visited the Swan on a Sunday night and we  had the roast beef and belly pork which were excellent and large portions.Well worth a visit when you are visiting Broadway.Our waitress was Elizabeth who looked after us and was cheerful and attentive all night.

The food at the Varsity is well-presented and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the triple chicken combo with Frank&#39;s Hot Sauce. The outdoor seating is perfect for a sunny day, making it a great place for lunch.

The atmosphere here is fantastic, especially during the evenings. It&#39;s a great place to unwind with friends and enjoy some good music.

The new owners are keeping the place spotless and cozy. I&#39;m curious to see how fresh their Sunday roast ingredients are.

The private party space was great. They had a nice selection of wines by the glass that worked well with the passed appetisers.
