Been coming here for years. The mains are always a decent size, you won't leave hungry. I like their deal with the three small plates, lets you mix it up a bit. Good for a casual bite.

The Diablo pasta was fantastic, really rich and spicy. Huge portion too, I couldn't finish it. The seafood in the other pasta tasted super fresh. I'll be back for sure.

The squid ink spaghetti was the highlight for me. The langoustine was fresh and the pasta had a lovely texture. A simple, well-prepared dish that felt light and satisfying. The family-run atmosphere is a nice touch too.

Been coming here for years with my dog. They've got a proper menu for him, which is a nice touch. Staff always remember us, makes it feel like a local spot. Good to have a place that welcomes the whole family, furry ones included.

Cosy spot with really comfy seats, perfect for a quiet afternoon. The music was nice in the background. Just a lovely, relaxed place to unwind for a bit.

Been coming here for years. The set menu's a solid deal, always has a few decent choices. The potato skins are the highlight for me, crispy and well-seasoned. It's a reliable spot.

Been coming here for years, and the steak bites are always spot on. Just the right amount of char, never overcooked. That consistency keeps me coming back. Brooke's always friendly, too.

Great choice of local ales and craft beers. Had a couple of pints of the house bitter, just perfect for people-watching from the window seat. A nice, relaxed spot to unwind.

Been coming here for years and always book the function room for our team nights. Luci’s crew just gets it right every time. Food’s on point, drinks flow, no fuss. That’s why we keep coming back.

Cathryn and her team are so lovely. The vibe is warm, and the food is always reliable. I tried the fish and chips for the first time—the batter was light and crispy, just right. A nice spot for a relaxed evening.

Family-run place, really cosy. Had the carbonara and it was just right, not too heavy. Perfect for a quiet dinner. Service was friendly but a bit slow, maybe because it was a Friday. Still, a nice spot.

Came for the Keralan fish curry. The portion was generous for the price, easily enough for two. The flavours were complex, really interesting. Had some leftover to take home, which is always a plus.

Nice local spot. Their pizza oven does a proper job, the crust was spot on. But the real star was the gin list - tried a local one that paired surprisingly well with the spicy salami topping. Could do with a few more wine options though.

Popped in for Sunday lunch. The food was really good, especially the roast. The space feels bright and airy, lots of natural light which was lovely.

Clean place, even the loos. Liked the decor, felt pretty chilled. Food was decent, nothing crazy but hit the spot for a casual dinner.

Been coming here for years, and the lunchtime queue is just part of the deal. It's always there, but it's never a long wait. The food's always exactly what I expect – solid and consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

Popped in for a quick breakfast. The place was spotless, and the staff were really on it. Got a full English for under a tenner, which felt like a proper deal.

Been here a few times now. The food is always spot on, really nicely presented. Staff are genuinely lovely, makes it a proper local. A solid choice for a meal.

The order board system is slick. The staff at the counter were pleasant, and they had a decent house red that went nicely with the pasta.

Been here a few times. They use sunflower oil for cooking, so it's a good spot if you avoid beef. The upstairs area is nice and tidy. Service is always friendly, makes it easy to come back.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Got the chicken sandwich, came out fast. Tasted fresh, decent portion. Place is clean and bright, which is a plus. Good for a quick bite.

Nice spot for a quick drink after work. The Pina Colada was solid, not too sweet. Music was at a good level, didn't have to shout. Service was prompt.

Decent Indian spot, handy for the bus and train. It's my go-to when I can't be bothered to cook.

Been coming here for years. The coffee's always solid, and knowing it helps keep the cathedral looking so grand is a nice touch. That's really what keeps me coming back.

Nice old-school pub, very clean. Their real ale selection is solid. Had a pint of the local bitter, which paired nicely with the ploughman's lunch. Prices are fair for what you get. Could do with a few more craft options on tap, but no real complaints.

Large family lunch on a packed Saturday. Staff were really on it - kept things moving, we never had to wait. Food came out quick and was spot on. Perfect for a busy group.
