Busy but nice vibe. The lobster ravioli from the specials was really good. Staff were quick and professional, which I appreciated. My only thing was the chairs were a bit hard for a longer dinner.

Been coming here for years. The terrace view is the main draw for me, never gets old. It’s just a really solid spot for a pint by the water.

The lamb curry was the best part. Really flavourful but not too spicy, just how I like it. Had it with some rice and it was a solid, filling meal.

Service was quick and friendly. The cod was tasty, the tea was a nice touch. Food came out fast, which was good as we were just popping in. 👍

Popped in with a couple mates after work. The fish and chips were spot on, and the burger was huge! Got two mains, a pint, and service for under £25 each. Perfect for a casual catch-up without breaking the bank.

Been coming here for years, the coffee's always spot on. Their pastries change daily, had a fantastic raspberry danish this morning. Love that they've got a proper outdoor bit for the dog.

Been coming here for years. It’s a proper local spot, not flashy. The soup is always spot on, really hearty. Staff are dead friendly. Nice they let you bring the dog in too.

Popped in for lunch, the pasta was really good. Fresh ingredients, simple but tasty. Staff were nice about a last-minute change to my order.

Almost walked right past this place! The ciabatta was a nice surprise - really fresh mozzarella and the pesto had a good kick. Found a spot to park on the street, which was handy.

Been a few times now, always find a decent pint. The ales are well-kept, which you don't always get. It's just a comfortable, no-fuss local. A solid spot.

Found this lovely cheesecake stall at the Quayside market. The owner was really friendly and gave me some nice tips for the area. The cheesecake itself was delicious, a perfect little treat while wandering around.

Ordered in on a rainy night. The food was still hot when it arrived, which was a nice surprise. Decent portions too. Just what I needed.

The drive-through was quick, and I love the 'Hot Light' thing. The seating area is clean, with USB ports at the tables – a nice touch. They even have a student discount.

It's a standard McDonald's, but the McFlurries are properly mixed by the machine.

Popped in for a coffee and a sandwich during a busy shopping day. The sandwich was fresh, which is exactly what I needed. Coffee was good too. Quick and easy, didn't break the bank.

Grabbed a sharing board before the show. The cured meats and cheeses were spot on, really good quality. Service was a bit slow, but the food made up for it.

Staff were really friendly and attentive, which made a difference. They handled my gluten-free request without any fuss, just checked a couple of details. Felt properly looked after.

The full English was cooked just right. The house ale was a solid pairing, though the coffee could be a bit stronger.

The full English was spot on! Perfectly cooked, and the portions are huge. It's a great spot for a big group brunch, we were able to chat for ages without feeling rushed.

Quick lunch spot, perfect for a fast bite. Their pepperoni pizza is always hot and ready in minutes. Staff is friendly, makes the whole process smooth. A bit pricey for the size, but the speed is worth it.
