The cheesecake case always looks so good. I tried the strawberry slice this time, it was nice. The tables are a little close together though, makes it hard to relax.

The food here is thoughtful. The grilled octopus had a perfect char, tender inside. The pasta was simple but the sauce had depth. You can tell they care about the ingredients.

The owner came by to chat, super passionate about the food. The chicken and lentils were perfectly spiced, tasted just like a home-cooked meal. Really authentic vibe.

Pizza was just okay this time. A bit inconsistent. But the steak sandwich? Delicious. That’s the move.

The family-style platters were so fresh and vibrant. Really appreciated the quality of the ingredients for our group.

Stopped by for lunch. Food was fresh, service was friendly. A nice, relaxed spot in Montclair.

Parking across the street is a huge plus. Grabbed a quick bite before heading to the Stadium last week. The burger was solid, cooked just right. A bit pricey for what it is, but the convenience is hard to beat.

The steak frites is why I keep coming back. Perfectly cooked medium-rare, the fries are crispy and salty. It's just a solid, reliable dish every single time.

Loved the variety of tapas here, especially the seafood combo and octopus. The booths were really comfortable, which made a big difference for a relaxed dinner. Service was friendly and efficient.

The Cajun mac and cheese was pretty good, and the chicken and waffles were solid. The French onion soup was definitely the highlight for me. The fritters are a decent shareable starter.

The bar seating is comfortable and the bartenders are friendly. I enjoyed a specialty mule while waiting for my table. It was a nice, relaxed way to start the evening.

Their Old Fashioned was fantastic! It's the kind of drink that makes you want to linger and chat with friends. We ended up staying way longer than planned just because of it. 🍸

The baked clams were really good, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio for lunch. Service was fine, though it got a bit slow once the place filled up.

The tuna bites were cooked just right, with a good spicy crunch. Really enjoyed them.

The 15-course tasting menu is a commitment, but I'm glad I did it. The prawn ceviche was a standout, so fresh and bright. Portions were actually pretty generous for this kind of place.

Server was really on top of things, friendly without being overbearing. Suggested the braised short rib special, and it was spot on. Food came out quick, even on a busy Friday night. Good service makes a difference.

Service was prompt and professional. Staff checked in at the right times without hovering. Made a business lunch efficient and pleasant.

The five-course peach tasting menu was $85. Portions were small, but each dish was so intricate and detailed. You could tell they put a lot of thought into it. Not an everyday meal, but a nice treat for the theme.

Been coming here for years. The price is up there, but I keep coming back because the food is just so consistently good. You know exactly what you're getting every single time.

The smokehouse combo hit the spot. The ribs were smoky and tender, but the sides really stood out for me. The mashed potatoes were so creamy, and the beans had a nice sweet touch. Just a cozy, satisfying meal.

The chocolate chip cookie skillet is the real deal. Just the right amount of gooey in the middle, crispy on the edges. Shared it with a friend and we were scraping the pan clean. A solid dessert.

Service really stood out. Our server Melanie was on top of everything, checking in just enough without hovering. Dishes came out at a nice, steady pace. It’s a small thing, but that kind of smooth service makes a difference.

Thiru, the owner, is so warm. He chatted with us for a bit and it really made the whole dinner feel cozy and personal. That kind of welcome is nice.

Booked the private room for a team dinner. Staff, particularly Chris and Maggie, were very responsive and handled all the details efficiently. Made the logistics smooth so we could focus on the meeting. Solid choice for a business function.

The farm-to-table salads and small plates really show off the fresh local ingredients.

The grilled calamari was cooked just right and so tasty. We also had the spinach gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. The portions are a bit small, but everything is done well. A comfortable spot for a quiet dinner.

The Lomo Saltado here is a beast of a dish. Got it with filet mignon and fries. Super filling, hit the spot for a big meal. Just what I was in the mood for.

Sitting at the sushi bar was great. The chefs were really friendly and explained each piece to us. The Spanish mackerel was my favorite.

The server really knew the menu. She explained how to eat each dish properly, which made a big difference. I’d have just dug in without her tips.

The steak and chocolate cake were both solid, but the prix-fixe menu is the real star during restaurant week.
