Been coming here for years, and the jerk chicken is still as good as the first time. That smoky, spicy flavor is just right every single visit. It&rsquo;s the one thing I keep coming back for.

It felt very calm and unhurried, which is exactly what I look for. The service was attentive but never felt pushy, which added to the overall sense of ease. A lovely spot for a quiet meal.

First time for lunch. Food was really good, prices fair, portions decent. Staff were friendly and on it even though the place was packed.

Lovely evening with friends here. The traditional French dishes were spot on, especially the coq au vin. The vibe was warm and buzzy, perfect for catching up. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

I am new to the area and went here for an anniversary meal.  Partner had chicken ndjua and I had crispy duck salad. Food was amazing, ambience nice, I&#39;ll return

Tables were nicely spaced, felt safe. They have a covered outdoor bit with heaters, so you can sit outside even if it&#39;s a bit chilly. Staff were really helpful when we asked to move.

1st time eating here and we were very impressed food was lovely! Defo best steak in ashford will be going again!! Only slight criticism was my prosecco was warm otherwise 10/10!!

Came for lunch, got the G&amp;T. The raspberries in it were a nice touch, presentation was spot on. The drink itself was sharp and refreshing, just what you want. Food was decent too.

The Testi Special is a showstopper. That sizzling clay pot arrives at your table still flaming, and the lamb inside is so tender it just falls apart. A bit pricey, but the whole experience is something else.

The food was absolutely to die for, especially the lamb shank which just fell apart. The price was reasonable at about $35 per person including alcohol.

Wow what can I say but it&#39;s a little gem of a place. We took my son and his partner and had a lovely time. Food was fantastic and would highly recommend. Service was five star and would definitely  go again ( and we travelled 55 miles to get there!!)

The calamari starter was really good, and the pizza with goat cheese and spinach had a nice thin base.

Stopped by for a late-night kebab. That chicken spinning in the window is a proper classic. Got the doner, exactly what you need at that hour. Reliable and hits the spot.

Lucy was our server. Friendly, efficient, remembered our order perfectly. Service was prompt without feeling rushed. Made the whole lunch meeting smooth.

The staff were lovely with our kids, really patient. They had a nice house red that went well with the pasta.

Been to a lot of Indian spots. The paneer curry here tastes like proper home cooking. Spinach one&#39;s good too. Just what you want for a quick, filling lunch.

Lovely old pub, proper fireplace. So nice to be able to hear your friends talk. The steak and ale pie was spot on, really good pastry. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality is there.

Waiter Joseph was attentive and efficient. Good service made a quick business lunch here straightforward.
