TheForkUserFantastic food and atmosphere, Rocky was an excellent host and gave us a lot of advice on what to order to match our tastes
TheForkUserGreat atmosphere and really good quality food. Three of us visited on a Saturday evening, we all ordered different dishes for the main course (halibut, haddock, chicken and each of us were really impressed by everything we ate. Service was efficient, friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend a visit.
TheForkUserI reserved a table at 19:30. When I arrived, I was told that the restaurant was closed. They did, however, honor my reservation. I had the lasagna al forno. It was ok but nothing special. The prices and portions were appropriate. I can't imagine why a restaurant would close so early on a Saturday night. I think there are better options in Amsterdam. I would not return.
TheForkUserThis is a neighbourhood Chinese restaurant that has the standards of a big city restaurant. We loved the dim sum. Very good service too.
TheForkUserExcellent food, specially Pasta al Parmigiano & Woronoff, Bruschetta & Vitello Tonnato and very, very good Aperol Sprit. The great, friendly and welcoming service is the perfect complement to the perfect food.
TheForkUserAlles was weer perfect!
TheForkUserWe took the menu with meat. All course were perfekt (!!) Wine, water and Drinks were fair in price.Lokaal Viktoria is really worth a visit in Zeist !! It was a gorgeous Dinner.
TheForkUserSmall restaurant with good quality, friendly service.Price range is average. Good selection of wine from the tap. Very close to the bus stop.Recommended
TheForkUserWe’ve had many drinks and lunches in this restaurant but this was our first dinner there. The food was absolutely delicious! Service was excellent and the atmosphere we love. We will go back, even if we have to have the exact same dinner.
TheForkUserGreat welcome in friendly and informal atmosphere by Diana and her crew. Shared dining concept works great for dinner with 2 or friends. ‘Dining together is the oil for a relationship’ is written on the wall. The food served is great and surprising for the eye and mouth. We had 4 courses created by the chef, dessert and we loved it. Added some Verdejo wine and water. Parking at the back and easy access. A hidden gem close to Gouda.
TheForkUserThe staff are nice, was very clean! But the food was bellow our expectation (crispy was not crispy, and chicken was not done good and the beef in curry sauce was not fraged (good taste but gummy)! Personal i eat mussels and i was satisfied!
TheForkUserVery nice restaurant with very good food. A bit noisy, but overall great! The food is very tasty and the variety is just perfect! If we are going to Utrecht next time, we will come back!
TheForkUserWonderful dinner experience. We ordered the chefs choice 5 course meal. Each course was a wonderful surprise of delicious flavour combinations and just the right portions. 5⭐️Our waiter was attentive and kind, and even brought blankets when we felt chilly. Would highly recommend!
TheForkUserThis little gem is absolutely worth a visit. The service is attentive and lovely, the dishes were simply perfect and the sphere is warm, modern and inviting. I was especially impressed by the subtle but sublime herbs and seasonings paired with our courses. Parking was atrocious (free yet fully used street parking), so we ended up having to park in the (paid) parking garage and walk over. My only piece of feedback would be to find a new location perhaps further into the city centre; everything else was a leading reason for a star rating.
TheForkUserMy husband and I came to your wonderful restaurant yesterday evening with friends. This is the second time that we have visited Restaurant Johannes. Exceptional and friendly service, absolutely delicious food and a marvelous atmosphere. We live in Westerhaar in Overijssel and will certainly visit you again. Thank you for the fabulous evening. Best Wishes Belinda and Wim Noppers
TheForkUserWe took mum out for high tea on mother's day. We were served a savory platter with a variety of small bite size sandwiches and a sweet platter with a variety of bitesize sweets and fruit. Fresh mint and ginger or different flavours of teabags and a bottle of cava completed our high tea afternoon. Service was friendly and relaxed, food was tasty and ambience lovely. I would recommend this place for a relaxing time out. Location is also great if you want to sit outside on the patio.
TheForkUserGreat atmosphere and the food was amazingly presented . The quality was good but it took a while before we were served - in fact it took an hour before the first food arrived. Staff were friendly and polite and the experience was good value for money
TheForkUserChateau briand was overheerlijk!
