TheForkUserwonderful owner. told us about the history of the block and the building facades. mushroom soup was very good. vegetarian platter was ok. asked for hot sauce. got a side of a tasty hot, bit not too hot, sauce, but it was an extra 2,40 euro. I guess that is common in AMS. I should have had a steak, but wasn't that hungry.
TheForkUserIt was great service and we sat right on the canal. Dinner was great and the wait staff was friendly and engaging.
TheForkUserWe enjoyed this little restaurant immensely!! The steak was one of the best we ever had & the staff was attentive & charming!!
TheForkUserThe staff were friendly and hospitable, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable on top having the juiciest, most succulent rotisserie chicken I've ever had! Casual vibes in the restaurant, good music and atmosphere.
TheForkUserLovely place! The food was amazing and so was the staff. They had a very positive vibe to the entire place and it just refreshes you
TheForkUserReally good experience. No idea what we would find out. And now only positive things, including the size of the plates, to say. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant located in a vibrant part of downtown Amsterdam
TheForkUserVery nice servers, very kind and thought along and helped with our requests. Also great food!
TheForkUserAngel made us feel at home! Service was very good. The system was very well explained. Location is great and the food was excellent
TheForkUserVery extensive menu and lovely food. Good value and very good service. The young lady who served us was really friendly, helpful and efficient. Great ambience; all the areas looked good and we had a training looking out to the stream.
TheForkUserI was here with my wife and we ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka with naan. and I will be honest food was really amazing. like real taste from India. I appreciate chef and other staff members. for making our night amazing
TheForkUserWe had a very nice dinner here. The fort had been made into several nice dining areas. The food selection and quality was very nice. The one issue was with cross contamination. One of us can't have gluten. It became obvious in the way home that gluten had made it into the food. Be cautious if you have such food allergies.
TheForkUserGreat spot! The staff were super friendly, the food was tasty, and the cocktails were amazing. Definitely worth a visit!
TheForkUserIt was an unusual place (former school), but according to my Persian girlfriend it was authentic. We cane on a weekday for lunch, so limited options. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, good service and good food.
TheForkUserReally nice restaurant, super good pizzas and the tiramisu was amazing!I would definitely recommend it.Extra thing: its wheelchair approachable
TheForkUserGood food, good wine and the kindest people, they made us really feel at home. Try the olives, albondigas and rioja and enjoy!
TheForkUserservice, eten en sfeer was echt goed.ordered a tosti - did not expect a lovely fresh salad to accompany tosti for the price it is well worthalso ordered uitsmijter - this too was lovely - eggs were perfect sunnyside up
TheForkUserVery tasty food and nice ambiance!
TheForkUserFood quality was way lower than the high average 9+ mark given on the Fork. Broccoli was overcooked and cheese quality was average. Finally there was a strong smell of frying fat in the room that lasted in all our clothes.
