TheForkUserLunch for seven on a wet and windy day. Food was excellent and attractively presented. The service was excellent, with happy, helpful staff, although the restaurant was not crowded at 2.30pm. Importantly, the bar and restaurant rooms were not crammed into the place - there was room to breathe. Also, the carpeted floor in the restaurant area made a huge difference to the acoustics - we could enjoy the food and the conversation.I'd be happy to recommend the Devil's Dyke to anyone.

M43***62We visited last week, reviewed but review failed the TA taste test, so we visited again. Overstaffed, under organised, flavour less frothy coffee, in a team work free zone, if our train had been delayed as long as the service here, we would have got compensation. Not recommended!

TheForkUserFirst time at this Restaurant, we travelled over from Littlehampton and our evening meal, was spot on, the service was excellent. I have already mentioned how good the Tajdar is to Family and Friends, We are planning a new visit with Friends quite soon. Highly recommended.
