Been coming here for years. The chicken kebab is solid, and that caramelized onion sauce is the best bit. Got the daily discount again, so can't complain on price.

Portions are huge, so you're definitely getting your money's worth even if the prices are a bit up there. Their cheesy loaded fries were fantastic – a proper plateful that kept me going all evening.

Finally found a gluten-free pizza that actually tastes good! The base is made in-house and doesn't feel like cardboard. So nice to have a proper option for dinner with friends.

The menu has a great variety, which I really appreciate. Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. I tried the Sunday roast and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. The portion was generous, though the gravy was a little salty for my taste.

A great dog-friendly spot. Faith was a lovely host, and the food portions were generous. The house red paired nicely with my steak.

The pozole de puerco is the real deal here. Rich, deep broth with tender pork and hominy that still has a bit of a bite. The frozen margarita is a solid match for it, cuts right through the richness.

Maatrika was so kind and warm, really made us feel welcome. I noticed the vegetables in my curry were incredibly fresh, you could taste the difference. That personal touch goes a long way.

Been coming here for years, and the small plates are always spot on. The pig cheeks are consistently tender, and the mackerel is just as good as I remember. It's that reliability that keeps me coming back.

The Dutch fries here are a winner. Seriously crispy outside, super fluffy inside. The seasoning is just right, not too salty. Good size portion for what you pay.

The little lift for prams was such a thoughtful touch. Made getting in and out with the buggy a breeze, didn't have to worry about steps at all. Really appreciated that.

Lots of tasty veggie dishes here. I really appreciate that they don't feel heavy or oily. The ingredients tasted so fresh, especially in the seasonal greens. It's nice to find a place that focuses on clean, simple flavours.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The portions are huge for the price, which is a win when you're in a rush. Tried the weekend breakfast buffet for a tenner – loads of choice, got in and out fast. Exactly what you need on a busy day.

The grilled starters and meat curries were really good. I liked watching them cook in the open kitchen. Portions were decent for the price, which is what I look for.

The coffee was really nice, but what I loved was the atmosphere. It's got this quiet, cosy feel with comfy armchairs and soft lighting. Perfect spot to just sit with a book for a while. Staff were polite too.

The food and drinks are consistently good, and the service team is friendly. It's a nice spot for a family meal.

Mixed grill for lunch. Meat was cooked right, good seasoning. Quick delivery too, spotted a deal on the app. Solid option when you need a fast, filling bite.

The chicken burgers are always spot on. We've had them a few times now and they never disappoint.

The salt and pepper chips are so much better when you ask for them well done.

The Hop's got a great beer selection, but honestly, it was the lighting that got me. Just these warm, low-hanging bulbs over the bar. Made the whole place feel so cosy and relaxed. Perfect for a chilled evening.

Love the vibe in this old pub. The Farmer's Blonde was poured just right, really hit the spot. Staff were super friendly, which just added to the relaxed feel. A proper, no-fuss place.

Been coming here for years. The vibe's really turned a corner lately, feels more buzzing than it ever has. Just had a pint and some scotch eggs, solid as always.

Came in for a solo lunch. The staff were really nice, made me feel welcome. Portions are decent for the price, I left full. Good spot if you're on your own.

The steak and ale pie was the highlight. The pastry was flaky and buttery, the filling rich with tender beef and a deep, savoury gravy. It's a proper pub pie.
