The chicken fajitas were solid, but that house rib sauce is the real star. Portions are huge, so come hungry. Place gets pretty loud though.

Been coming here for a while now, and the vegan options keep me coming back. Had the curry again tonight, still as good as the first time. Staff remembers me, which is nice. Place gets busy, but that's a good sign. Just wish they'd open a bit earlier on Sundays.

The rijsttafel here is a decent way to try Indonesian classics in Groningen. I liked that the vegetables were fresh and not overcooked. Portions are generous, maybe even a bit too much for me. The meat was tender, though cut a little bigger than I'm used to. Fine if you want a filling meal without fuss.

Came here for a quick sushi bite with a friend and honestly the fish tasted super fresh. Prices are fair for what you get. The outside looks a little dodgy ngl, but inside it's fine. We sat at the counter and it was chill enough to just hang out and chat. Would go back if I'm in the area again 🙂

The 5-round small-plate thing is a nice way to sample a bunch of stuff without over-ordering. Everything came out fresh, no complaints there. Portions are on the smaller side though, so if you're really hungry, you might need to add an extra round or two. We did and the bill added up quicker than I expected. Tasty, just not the cheapest meal out.

Very relaxed ambiance and good service. Food was very special for moderate prices.

The fish was really good and the roast beef salad had a decent portion for the price. We paid around what I'd expect for this area, so no complaints there. Place was busy but we got a table without waiting too long. I'd come back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

The rijstaffel was solid—lots of little dishes, all pretty tasty. Sitting by the window got a bit warm though, which was slightly uncomfortable. Still, the food made up for it. Wouldn't mind coming back for that spread again. Just maybe ask for a table further inside next time.

The owner stopped by our table to chat about the wine list—turned out he had a hand in picking most of them. Went with a Spanish red that paired nicely with the grilled octopus. Portions were generous, maybe even too much for me. Solid neighborhood spot if you're not looking for anything fancy.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the wine list was the highlight for me. We grabbed a bottle and just chilled for ages, staff didn’t rush us at all. Food was good too, though we mostly came for the drinks vibe. Place gets a bit loud later but that’s kinda fine for a catch-up night 🍷

Ordered the barbecued beef medium and it came exactly as asked. Sides were a nice mix too. Portion felt right, and the place had a good vibe.

The burger was properly juicy and the onion rings had that nice crunch. Staff let us take our time deciding, which I appreciated.

Loved how they explained every dish and the local ingredients behind it. Felt like a little food tour. Place was cozy too, though we did wait a bit for the bill.

Been coming here for a while now, and the mixed grill skewer keeps me hooked. Those spare ribs are just spot on, every single time. Burger’s solid too. Chicken was a bit dry this visit, but honestly, I’m not complaining. Still my go-to spot when I want something hearty.

The margherita here is spot on. Thin, crispy crust, decent amount of toppings, not too greasy. I’ve had it a few times now and it’s been consistent each time. That’s pretty much all I need from a pizza place. Solid if you’re nearby and just want a proper pie.

The concept is nice and the place feels cozy. Food was tasty, service felt genuine. Portions were a bit small for what you pay though.

The lighting is warm without trying too hard, and the food matches that vibe. Had the grilled fish—simple but cooked properly. Service was friendly, no one hovering or rushing you out. Just a relaxed spot to sit and eat. Maybe slightly pricey for what it is, but I didn’t mind.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the daily fish special. Cooked right, fresh, no complaints. Portions are solid for the price. Place wasn't too busy around noon, so service was quick. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Decent little place. Menu's pretty simple but prices are friendly. Had a beer that was nice enough. Fine if you're in the area and want something easy without spending much.

The steak and fries were solid, and the salad had a good amount of shrimp on it. Portions felt right for sharing, and the price was fair. Beer was the real highlight here. Coffee was a bit of a letdown, but that’s not why I’d come back. Seats were comfortable enough to stay a while.

Friendly staff and quick service, plus the food was really tasty. Solid spot if you want a relaxed meal without any fuss.

Got the coconut vanilla latte with oat milk — nice switch from my usual flat white. Glad they actually have proper milk alternatives here. Coffee was solid, nothing crazy but I'd come back.

The atmosphere was great! Lovely place to have drinks and food with your friends and family. Friendly staff and attentive service! Will definitely visit the restaurant again :)

A lovely well spaced out charming restaurant. Very attentive staff and excellent food what more could you ask for.

We had a great evening at your restaurant. Very friendly staff. Dishes were nicely presented and tasted very good. We can only recommend this place.

For sure one of the best restaurants in the city. Definitely recommend it. Not the first time we’ve been here and certainly not the last. Food and service were on point!
